If you go to a Michelin restaurant, Sorbet is almost certain to be included in the dessert. Sorbet, which I always thought was ice cream, but it's not. Sorbet is made with fruit and sugar and no milk. Therefore, Sorbet can make people feel more fresh. In many restaurants, it is usually served after the main course, which has the effect of calming and refreshing.
Sorbet is not difficult to make. Just juice fresh fruit, add sugar and put it into our Multifunctional Slush Ice Cream machine, such as Raspberry Sorbet, pictured above. It only takes 500g of cranberries and 1/2 cup of sugar to make a Michelin-rated Raspberry Sorbet.
